Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Return conditions:

• the item must be in new condition, without any signs of use
• the original packaging, labels, and all accessories must be preserved

In accordance with trade regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• children’s hygiene products (diapers, pull-up diapers, wet wipes, cotton products) — if the packaging has been opened, damaged, or shows signs of use
• personal-use items that come into contact with the skin (pacifiers, soothers, feeding bottles — if the original packaging has been opened)
• cosmetic and care products if the packaging has been opened
• children’s underwear if labels have been removed or the packaging has been damaged

Diaper size exchange

Diaper size exchange is available only within 1 month from the date of purchase. An exchange can be made only if the following conditions are met:

• the packs are unopened
• the packaging is intact, undamaged, and fully preserved

After 1 month from the date of purchase, diaper exchanges are no longer possible. To submit a request, simply fill out the return form on our website. Once we receive your form, we will contact you to confirm your request and provide all necessary instructions. After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
